Yes, this is an Egyptian tank. Here's some information from Maquette - the kit producer :
"Some Egyptian T-34-85 were modernizations for armament strengthening on the eve of war 1973. Egyptian have managed to mount on it a Soviet 100 mm BS-3 field gun. The turret sides and bottom parts were standard, but head and rear are removed and replaced of primitive and rather bulky superstructure by light armor sheets. Battle weight of the T-34-100 has a little bit increased, but the dynamic characteristics have not practically changed. Certainly, that this machine was already it is impossible to use as a tank but only as a self-propelled gun."
If my memory serve me right, the BS-3 is the most powerful gun of the Russian in WWII. The Egyptian also mount a D-30 122mm modern gun on the T-34, this is also from Maquette - T-34-122 :
