What is the interior color of the M2 Bradley?
Posted by Jeordicat on Friday, March 14, 2008 7:09 AM
Maybe I'm not looking at the right resources, but I can not figure out what the interior color of the M2 Bradley is.  I have a 1/35 scale M2 from Academy, and the directions say paint the interior off-white.  From the photos that I've seen, the interior does not appear to be off white.  I would also like to know what color the glass is on the vision ports.  Thanks!  I've enjoyed seeing all you guys work, and the fantastic advice and critiques that have been given.  I'm headed to the hobby shop this morning.  Thanks again!

The interior of the M2 is a pale green known as "Seafoam Green".

A color which is often recommended as a close match for this is the WWII RAF color "Sky" (or "Sky Type-S")

One last thing to you must get right if you do it box stock paint the TOW Missil tuds dark Olive Green.

Good luck and I hope to see you work as well. As I see it your the 3rd person working on an M2. So I hope you put up some images soon.

Thanks alot, this really helps!  As I 'm just getting back into modeling, I know that my work won't look as half as good as yours.  But, I have something to shoot for.  As I near completion, I will post some pics.

If you do the Bradley in green the in side of the ramp door is green like the ouside but if you do in in sand than it's the samething like the Olive Green version. Hay sins we have not sean any of you work I guess you have not gottin you bradley off the grown yet an if you don't have to much done to it yet you could join "The AFV/APC Gb to get it done with all of us.
