I dunno where AM got his, but I have a model of the same car (at least the same according to IMCDB) that AMT released back in 2004 (dunno if it was a re-release or not).  Other than eBay though I dunno where you'd get it, theres only one listed right now too.

For the sake of campiness, how about the cars of the 1975 film 'Death Race 2000'?

Yes, yes!  Great choice, and a great movie, I just ordered it again from Netflix.

I would pick this car....that is of course if I can harness the 1.21 gigiwatts of electricity to power the Flux Capacitor, which upon my reaching 88 mph, will propel me back to the future!.....or I could just model it....

You don't need to worry about the power oldman, you've got the Mr. Fusion already installed!

I, myself, wouldn't mind having the Coyote from Hardcastle and McCormick.

'66 Batmobile,  hands down, all time favorite... Watching the original Batman series in the 60s was the high point of my week from 66-68, lol..

The rest, in no particular order:

The Rat Patrol jeeps

Munstermobile

Grandpa's Dragster

Monkeemobile

Black Beauty

Snowman's Kenworth from Smokey & the Bandit.

Mad Max's Inteceptor

The General Lee

Starsky's Gran Torino (I actually bought a '74 Gran Torino because of that show, although it was blue.. Never got around to painting it..)

Last but not least, Eleanor, from Gone in 60 Seconds...
