The color is GM Dark Blue from Dupli-Color. I will be taking some pictures outside when I get a chance, the color you see here will look different outside. Here is a picture of the true color on a sunny day before I wetsanded and polished the model!

That's outstanding, cruz! Beautiful finish!

I JUST bought this model off eBay! A cool car, to be sure!

How does that Duplicolor go on? Airbrush? How "hot" is it? I like that shade of blue!

Outstanding build cruz.Bow [bow]Make a Toast [#toast]Thumbs Up [tup] I had a 1:1 '66 GTO. Brought back many good memories. Mine was a silver/blue with a black interior. Looks like my engine in there too. Keep up the good work.

Thank you my friend, I got this one on e-bay myself even though I had 2 already in my stash. The paint was shot right out of the can, misted lightly between coats. I used Dupli-Color primer without any issues from the paint attacking the plastic. After that, I just cleared it, wetsanded and polished it.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate your input. I decided to take some photos outside over the weekend, it shows more of the true color of the paint!!
