What do you guys know about old UPC kits?

Picked up a 1/32 UPC Bentley Blower in a trade at a show back in February. I build the occasional race car but in general car models are not my specialty, especially not old ones. What can you guys tell me about UPC kits, particularly my Bentley? There's really no info on the internet besides a British page that has one for sale. The box is in good shape for its age, and the kit is still in the bags. Should I build it?

With little help of Google I found this:

"

UPC

UPC is short for "Universal Powermaster Corporation" and was importing and reselling mainly Japanese kits in the sixties and seventies. Although mainly " sold in America many found their way to europe, again imported by RIKO (Richard Kohnstamm). Enthousiasts will recall all those great adds in the Airfix Magazines...
Armorwise well known for their (rare and sought after) 1/35 and espessially their 1/40 kits they also produced a series of HO scale Kits. These were re (re-re-re)isues of old ROCO and Roskopf kits but the moulding quality was often so bad the vehicle couldn't be recognized..... This was made up for by beautiful box-artwork in brilliant Japanese style : all guns always firing, bright colors and loads of action !!
Only one small kit catalogue is known to me from 1969 and it includes the whole HO armor series. The rest of this color catalogue is a mouthwatering collection of all types and scales of kits for the vintage kit lover !"

And Pyro Bentley vs UPC:

During the late sixties UPC some how got the old tooling for Adams Action models and reissued  the 1/40  scale armor and wild west wagons, other horse drawn vehicles  and other kits.  These kits were marketed in 5 and ten cent stores along with some repackaged Japanese  aircraft and ship kits. Regardless of the origins most of these kits were made in Japan.

This is the first of seen of a Pyro kit being re-released by UPC but the Bentley was an early release and when Pyro began making more detailed kits with engines and plated parts they may have sold the tooling to  UPC.

Well into the eighties Adams Action and Pyro kits were marketed by Life Like until they were bought out by Lindberg.  Early this year Lindberg was bought Round Two (AMT, MPC and Polar Lights).

The added rubber tires along with the original plastic wheels and chrome parts were an obvious effort to update the Bentley kit. In contrast when Life Like re-released the pyro kits, including the Vintage Brass series, none had plated parts.
