I'm thinking I built the pickup back in "the day". I know I built the AMT T pickup. And some brand Model A sedan, and a Monogram cabrolet.

I'll check this one out periodically, enjoy !

Really bad out of shape bonnet!

 

It's pretty common to run those with just the top halves. Maybe try cutting the sides right off ? A lot of 32 Ford street rods are run that way too, which exposes the engine.

Im painting a painting on canvas where the base color in a couple of back ground area, as well as a river bed, starts off in a yellow like that. Cadmimum yellow hue, actually. It's bright for sure !
