And here's my first 1/16 figure. I usually stick to 1/35, but it was real fun to paint a figure this big, especially when there's no problems painting the details.

Nice first time job. What is your view on 1/35 vs. 1/16 figures, especially the painting? Did you use oils, acrylics or enamels on the face? I have been eyeing some 1/16 figures but have been holding off.

Looks good Tony.  The uniform & details are quite well done.  The flesh areas, not as well done.  Takes a lot of practice to do faces & hands well, especially in the larger scales, but not bad for your first try.
