Looks like the old MPC/Airfix/AMT(?) kit.

     To tell you the truth, I dont know.   this kit was put together from about 3 kits I found at a garage sale. 

      It was missing the ladder from the spine, so I scratched one up based on the length.   I have the dvd set of space 1999, as well as all the original blue prints of the show.  

 I built this one about 25 years ago.

I REALLY wish someone would either re-pop this kit, or make an all new, accurized one. I'd build a fleet of them.
