I am hoping that I can get some help with starting my kit here. I have a Polar Lights refit kit from around eight or nine years ago. It came with the Polar Lights Aztec decals and I have bought the PE kit and arboretum set.
The decals look a bit too colorful and stark but I am not sure if its the decals or me. I have seen several builds with the decals and then the aztec paint job with the masks.
Any insight regarding one or the other? The decals seem to be a time saver but the paint masks look to produce a pretty awesome finish...but wow, that seems like a lot of time.
