I cant say about the Pelican, but if it’s like the Warthog, the HMMWV looking vehicle, it’s a simple fun toylike Model. Comparable to the other Revell Star Wars Easy Build kits. I’m sure it can be upgraded with scratchwork. And it will look fine on the shelf “as is” amongst other sci fi builds.
My son is also a Halo player/fan and I picked up the Warthog for him at Hobby Lobby on clearance awhile back. He loved it. Sits with his Gundams and other stuff.
