Have I committed faux pas???
Posted by modelnut on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 10:08 AM
I see that my post about my first kit becoming available has been pulled.
Therefore I must assume that there is a "Seller Rule" that forbids anyone posting ads or announcements about new kits that they are personally involved with.

If so, I humbly appologize. I never meant to transgress.

Leelan,
There is a 'no sales' policy on this forum so as not to detract from paying advertisers.
While I personally don't think that the few kits that exchange hands among the other forum for sales areas hurts any companies, I continue to follow the rules so I can keep playing in the pool.
I think that if I sell a couple of my old kits, that gives me some money to buy some of those newer kits. Oh well.

However, I believe the loop hole around this rule is to offer a free kit to all those that reply to your post.............Wink [;)]

How dare you try and sell stuff on this site??? Who do you think you are, huh????

Just jokes.. Nothing wrong with a little personal P.R.. Regardless of what they say, we really dont do enough trade on this site to carve into anyones profits.. I will probably get beaten for saying it, but hey.. You didnt know, so dont worry!
