Well, it is that time once again to put our best requests forward! While many on this forum feel that this is a waste of time, it is important to note how many wonderful kits have been produced in the last year! And along this line, I think it is important that we all recognise the splendid work that has been done by the various kit manufacturers over the past year! During this time, we have seen the launch of not only the full class of 'Takao' cruisers by Aoshima, but a 1/350 'Kongo' by not only Fujimi, but by Aoshima as well! And don't forget the Hasegawa contributions of 'Nagato' and 'Mutsu,' and even Revell of Germany got into the act by producing a splendid update of 'Bismarck'! Future offerings of 'Ise,' 'Haguro' and even 'Shokaku' intidacte that 2009 is going to be even better! Finally I would like to hand out sincere thanks to Dragon for the 'Buchanan' destroyer, Hasegawa for the 'Yukikaze,' and finally, the highest rewards and recognition to Trumpeter, for it's fearless driving forward of the 1/350 scale for ships, with the launch of 'Richelieu,' and (hopefully!) 'HMS Repulse,' and the heavy cruiser, 'Prinz Eugen!!!'
All that said, more kits are desired and needed, and based upon the success of previous efforts, here is your chance to make your requests known!!!
And to start it off, here are my requests, and I hope you will all pitch in, and make your interests known!!
