Spruce Brothers has two of the White Ensign PE sets (WEM #35117) in stock. It costs a hair more than the kit because I have to pay sales tax and shipping. No sure if I should get the PE yet.
I still have the Dragon Arleigh Burke and Buchanan in my stash. It may be a while before getting to the Perry.
