'Tooms' Builds are very well done.

I like the shading and weathering on the sub, noticeable without being over stated. The boat shown in the top pictures is great as well, I prefer all elements of a display attached to it. Possibly with the hood on the bow and the figure standing on the boat?Idea It would look even better as a waterline display in a water and dock diorama.

Thanks ModelManiac for sharing 'Tooms' builds!

As always your photography is excellent, the back ground for the sub is a good choice of colors.

Thanks so much for your kind compliments, SuppressionFire! I'm lucky to have "Toom" build models only for me same as his youngest brother "Art Instructor". His attention to details is better than AI, in the past he's done many things above and beyond the call of duty, such as punching & sticking rivets for LCVP 1:35 and scribing panel lines on the sides of Yamato 1:350. Thanks for your suggestions concerning diorama setting. Some time in the past I did set up make-shift diorama base using a tray filled with water and place the ships/submarines there for photography.

The photography of this page turned out not as good as I expected. For some pictures, the background is not real black. There's some light reflection and diffusion. I've done better work in the past, I'll try to do better next time.
