Dear friends, i think it's time to change a little bit, and focus in the airwing of the carrier. I have decided to start working on my favourite plane, the F-14. Currently i am working in a master for, later, make as much resin copies as i need. I know that in 2003 she did not embark any f-14, but i can't resist the tentation to add some of these planes on her.
here is the construction process of the master.
the plane is not finished yet, but it only needs a few details more :thumbs_up_1: Thanks for viewing
Jorge
Jorge--
You are a master at this. Here I've been sweating in my own project over how to scratchbuild a compound curve, and you dash off a freakin' F-14! A glass of wine with you, sir!
Charles
Amazing work, love the lighting in the hangar bay!
Mike
Thank you friends. I am thinking about what will be the next plane. Probably it will be the Prowler. ;-)
I was just looking and realising that you have actually made wheel wells and what looks like a hollowed cockpit for the F-14, are you planning to add detail there too?
Thank you Dean, yes, i am going to add some detail in the cockpit and in the Wheel Wells. However i am already thinking about how to make the ejection seats.
Jorge - looking good! How many of them cats do you plan to put on your carrier? Good luck with your project and have a nice day
Paweł
All comments and critique welcomed. Thanks for your honest opinions!

Thank you Pawel. Although in 2003 the USS Nimitz didn't embark Cats, i believe that a carrier without Tomcats is not a carrier. I am going to embark 10 fighters instead one of the F-18C squadrons.
Thanks
Hello friends:
I hope that i have finally come back and continue with this construction. Here is a little advance in the F-18 squadron. In this case a F-18C that will be under maintenance in the hangar bay. The left engine has been removed and there will be people working on it.The plane is not finishe yet, but i have been working in the engine bay and there still are a lot of details to be added.
Jorge,
You must have the patience of Job and you certainly have the skills of a Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni.

Great job!The detail on the planes is outstanding!
Thank you mates, more advances soon
Jorge Dude, you are killing me with your incredible skills. I'm trully impressed Sir!
Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!
Thanks you Plasticjunkie. You are so kind.
Just a tremendous build sir.
Hello!
I'm glad to see you're online again! This takes a lot of time, but it's getting better and better as it goes - so good luck with your build, thanks for sharing and have a nice day
Thank you very much Pawel. I am currently working on the fantail. I promise lights and a lot of detalla ;-).

Thank you very much Joe. I am from Madrid. Spain.
I am continuously amazed at the diversity of skills you display. Also you must have the eyes of an eagle and gyro-stabilized hands and fingers. I always smile when I see a new post from you and open it eagerly thinking " now what amazing thing am I going to see here?" Keep up the good work - it gives the rest of us hope.
You have never been lost until you've been lost at Mach 3!
Such beautiful work. I would like to see Jorge get a ride with the Blue Angels when this is completed. Can someone please make this happen?
Thank you very much mates. The Blue Ángels' ride is a very gpod idea . I am currently on holidays at the beach but i September i will be back to work. I am anxious to finish the fantail.
As I said, thanks forma your kind words.
Thank you Scorp. I have just arrived from holidays and I am anxious to return to this build. New photos of the fantail soon.
Good afternoon mates. As I said a few days ago, here are some pictures of my advances building the fantail. All comments are welcome :-D
That´s all for the momento. I have to think about how to place these parts in the ship, and install the maremágnum of wires, pipes and so on.

Hello Jorge!
As usual, very high quality work here. You are using LEDs to light it up, right? I'd suggest to try a little harder and find thinner wires to wire the whole thing up - with this number of wires, that would save space. One thing to do could be using wire taken from the mini earphones - they are wired with two thin, lacquer-insulated strands in one insulation - that would save you a lot of space. Good luck with your build and have a nice day
Ah Mi Amigo !
The job is magnificient to this point . Pawel has a good idea with the wiring though. Oh , and whatever you do , don't do a Trumpeter on her and paint the bottom after detailing the decks .LOL . Good luck and I am watching you . T.B.
Thank you very much friends, and thank you for the good advice Pawel. I will try it in areas with little space. I am thinking about light up one of the planes, but at the moment, I have not find the way to do it, perhaps with some type of optic fiber or something like that. Anyway, i have not enough earphones to wire the whole ship
Thank you very much again.
