Hey Santa , could you answer a question for a foolish old man? When you build the hulls are you putting each plank on indavidualy? When I start building again I would like to try a ship like that. Any sugestions on what to start with?

I keep hitting "escape", but I'm still here.
good to here from you missileman2000. The first hull plank is flush with the top edge of the lower gun deck. Then I use a thin piece of plywood with a squair hole to mark the port. Then scribe the pencil line with an exato knife, then use a small exato knife saw blade to cut them out. Then trim them by eye with an exato knife. Thanks for the post. O--I'm working on the : lower battery lines--double planking the inside of the cannon ports, and assembling the cannons now.
