At an estate sale this weekend I found a Christmas ornament like this one:
So I asked the lady about it. She said that they had handled the estate of a retired Naval Officer named Herman Sudholz, who commanded the USS Constitution (from 1980- 1985). He apparently had a house full of navy items. He had passed away back in 2016 and most of the items were sold.
