GM,

That's correct.

The name rings a bell - but not a loud one. Those look like excellent plans, with more than enough information to turn that old Pyro kit into an outstanding model.

For what it's worth, I'm using small brass round-headed pins to hold the chainplates in place on my model. (I don't mean to intrude on your conversation with Phil, but the question popped up with your Photobucket page.)

Youth, talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are no match for old age and treachery.

John,

Thanks for that info. I'm sure I'll find something appropriate in my stash of modeling paraphernalia. If I don't, I'll seek out small, brass round-headed pins Smile.

Me too. A Google search for "H. Potter" was rather unproductive, at least in the direction I wished for.

Back in the day, straight pins were brass. Try sanding the head if that's what you want, and see what you get.
