But it's only clipping a little bit of the voltage. I had it on and running last night for over an hour and when I turned it off I checked all the components for heat and that fun burnt plastic smell - everything was cool to the touch.
When the model is finished and I have a little base for it and all, I'm going to try and build a little circuit that wil only allow it to run for about 10-15 seconds at a time and then shut off for another 10-15. Perhaps I'll use a button that turns it all on and starts the timer only when pushed. Thanks though!
