13 months of work in Southern California dollars is easy $220k.

Would you like to invest some of that in a new kit car frame manufacturing?Smile

How about invest in reissuing Revell 1/4 scale Visible chassis?

I think I could put that deal together. Can't guarantee your return on that one though.Smile

Progress report.

Have tracing paper. It works without backlit. Imagine that?Smile

Working on frame to go under body.

Decided on scale. Decided on dimensions and real/scale size tubing(square).

So things are moving along.

Have tracing paper from Office Depot.

Will work on tracing drawing in Fisher Body booklet.

Include scale drawings in center insert. Plan views I think they're called.

Looks like tracing can be done without backlight so far.

I was in Hobby Lobby yesterday, and noticed the Visible V8 back on shelves.  Hadn't seen that kit in some time.  There had been a visible four cylinder, but the V8 kit is much better.

I don't get the price jump at Hobbylinc.

As long as I've been looking at that Visible V8 it's been $52-55.

You say Hobby Lobby just got them in.

Maybe Revell dumped inventory to Hobby Lobby for cheap.

Maybe Hobbylinc raised price because it's out of production now.

They usually don't do that. In fact never. They keep dropping prices until kit is gone.

Don't know. It's a head scratcher.
