If you have a drill press you can moke your own P&D set

Order the Punches from http://www.precisionpunch.com

And drill holes in some Plexiglass & steel plate.

I use a steel "twist-drill and rod gauge" (about $15) and old broken drill bits (I have lots of 'em) for punches. I grind off the broken twist end and use only the chuck end of the drill bit.

Go to Micro-Mark, http://www.micromark.com and search for "drill gauge".

DBL:

Brilliant idea!!!

I don't know how well it will work as a die cutter but for embossing rivets it should be world class and cheap.
