Set time TAMIYA Extra Thin Cem.

Just wondering how long everyone waits before unclamping/working with pieces glued with Tamiya Extra Thin cement?

If it's something that has pressure on it and needs to be clamped I usually put it aside for at least a couple of hours.  Better safe than sorry. Simple stuff like a seat glued to the floor of a cockpit I only wait a few minutes.

If it's fidgety I'll tack it in spots with superglue and come back with the thin stuff later to weld the seam for keeps.

I agree with CN.  If it is a basic part, a few minutes will be more than enough.  If it is a part that is fragile or in a tricky spot, the more time you give it to cure the better.  I love the stuff!  I also have a bottle of regular Tamiya cement on had.  In case I want (or need!) a little more time with the parts.  Hope this helps.
