“I dig
gassers!” says Dennis. “When I saw this 1957 Chevy, I just had to make it a
gasser.” Although the tiny 1/64 scale Mattel Hot Wheels car didn’t provide much
elbow room, Dennis detailed the fuel tank, radiator, headers, fire wall, and
blower pulley with aluminum, brass, and solder, and plundered some other Hot
Wheels cars for a blower, wheels, and tires.
