I've been a scale model builder since around 8 or so. I had a babysitter when I was quite youn, with an adult son who built cars. I finally won a cheap model from a county fair, and I was hooked.
I'm starting back, after a few years hatus where I had to get my life in order first and looking forward to building models I saw when i was a kid.
Including my ultimate dream. A wood ship model!
