I have been a member of this forum for longer than my bio says. There was an issue with my prior account, so I had to make a new one. I have been modeling off and on since I was young (probably 9 or 10 years old). Started modeling regularly about 15 years ago. Im not a particularly fast modeler, only completing 3 or 4 a year. My earliest memories are of building a 50s era pickup truck and a couple Big Rig trucks. In my teens I became interested in WW II, especialy the air war. I primarily build aircraft in 1/48 and 1/32 scale with the occasional armored vehicle and car thrown in from time-to-time. I will build Sci-Fi now and then also. I am a member of the Ft Crook IPMS club in Omaha. I have been in the aviation industry for the last 30+ years, first as a A&P mechanic, now as a quality inspector for a large aircraft maintenance facility.
