I am originally from Los Angeles and currently live south of Nashville. I was an aviation ordnanceman and worked my way up and retired as a lieutenant in 1997. I have had ship's company tours, worked on P-3C, S-3A and B, A-6, A-7, EA-6B, F-14, and F/A-18.
I started building models when I was 6 and built everything in those days til I was about 14 and returned in the late 1980s when I soptted Shep Paine's book How to Build Dioramas in a hobby shop in San Diego and I was hooked again, primarily doing dioramas for several years and then took a lengthy break (thank you life and world events) until last year. I still do primarily dioramas and armor but am branching out into anything that strikes my fancy nowadays since I am now completely retired.
