I'am Darren Crawford and live in Uphall West Lothian, but originally from Edinburgh, I work as a Chemical manufacturing engineer, Now settled with my wife and daughter, I wanted to start a hobby that I would be able to continue into my retirement and be able to enjoy for many years.( I'm only 37 years young so hopefully finish a build by the time I retire....lol ).
I also enjoy a wee game of golf, its so refreshing trying to play 18 holes in force 10 gales with torrential down pours, well it is Scotland, but the reward is at the nineteenth when your welcomed with a nice warm beer.
