 I understand and agree somewhat. You don't discipline a boss in front of his underlings and such...  I wouldn't want to be "on the spot" so to speak either, but as of late, there is alot of discontent and problems. Just wanting to see what everyone thinks.

Hi Guys,

More than 42,000 users are registered to post on this Forum. That number grows weekly.

The staff of FSM (all five of us) would much rather monitor and discipline the Forum without the feedback of such a large crowd.

That would just be innecessary, IMO. a PM from the moderator should be suffficient, IMO.

if the gods of the forum were to notify everyone everytime someone was warned about something they would not have enough time in the day to monitorthe forum anymore

and there also would be something in the minds of some that would or may want to label these warned people as trolls and that would not be fair to the 99.99% of the people warned for an inocent yet not well thought out thought

but i will say to notify us only of banned members with a reason why  could be a good thing as a tool to teach us why not to get stupid here

I think we'll continue to moderate the forum from behind the scenes. Meaning: We won't be sharing information with the public about who's banned or why.
