Subscription issues with paper and digital copies
Posted by Geezer on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 8:30 AM

We will start here....Has anyone else had problems receiving their subscriptions?

"Your last issue of FineScale is the November 2013 issue.  Your last issue of digital FineScale is the November 2013 issue.  Enjoy your exclusive access to our special online features. "

is what the banner on the right says. Mine apparently stopped with the May issue of both paper and digital. I've started getting special renewal offers in my e-mail. I am easily confused, so one can only imagine. I've sent an e-mail to customer service, so that may help.

I'd really like the back issues sent.

Geezer,

The good news is you haven't missed any issues and your sub is still active. The May 2013 issue is the most current out there. You'll get the next, July (we don't publish a June edition), around the beginning of June. The company send out renewal notices several months early to let subscribers know it's getting on toward the time to renew and to be sure your sub isn't interrupted.

Cheers, Aaron

Thanks. That is what confused an ol' Geezer. Doesn't take much, especially today! I didn't recall seeing that info when I subscribed (first time) and ten with the renewal notices, well......
