Does it run up to pressure and stop or does it just run continuously? If it runs continuously, it would suggest there's an air leak in the system.

Check your air hose connections and that the drain valves in the bottom of the tank and the moisture trap are operating correctly and not venting air.

Check the service page at Badger airbrush

http://www.badgerairbrush.com/Service-Supprt.asp

They will do service on their brushes and compressors.  Labor is free.  They charge for parts at a deep discount,   I want to say 60% off.

They do want $28 return postage.

I have had Badger do yearly maintenance on my brushes and an satisfied with their service

See the compressor product page

Double-click the picture of your compressor for the manual for your unit

Need HELP-regulator in Badger seems not working

Hi!

I am a total newbie and I just bought a Badger TC910. Badger compressor or airbrush didn't come with any manual or explain how I should use it.
i connected Badger airbrush to it, the gauge shows 10 PSI, and I adjusted the regulator (I pulled it up and twisted it, pretty sure I am not doing it wrong)but the gauge doesn't change. Only when I turn it all the way down the gauge will lower to 0, but other than that, no matter how much I turn the regulator, gauge doesn't change, the air coming out of the compressor feels the same.

I really have no idea what could be causing this. thank you so much for whoever willing to answer this question
