A small dent can be filed in the body panel. Keep the edges crisp and not too rounded, like how it creases in real life.

Major damage is best done by forming a sheet of lead over the kit fender door etc. and denting it. Remove the center of the plastic part and attach the lead replacement over it, then simply damage as desired. The soft lead looks very convincing as dented light metal in scale.

Damaging a "pick up"

G'day fellas

I have just got my hands on the meng pick up truck or ute as we call it here in AUS with the anti aircraft gun on the tray. After doing some research It is obvious that a lot of these trucks get dints and scratches on the body. I have never tried to put dints in the side of a model before, do you guys have any suggestions that i can try out?

Thanks, Pete
