Assuming you're using Internet Explorer, you need to add finescale.com to your "compatibility view" list.
Click on the gearwheel icon at the top right of the screen and select "Compatibility view settings"
In the box prompting you to "add this website", type finescale.com and click the "add" button.
close your browser and open again.
