I haven't had an issue for a few months.
mine stopped this morning , every 3 months just about .
Except mine have been spotty since Saturdayish and last one was yesterday.

I am not getting emails again. I think they stopped coming through sometime on Sunday.

How else would you know unless you logged on? I usually log on once or maybe twice a day, if I get emails with text I can check it quickly while on the go or at work. Much easer than logging on and looking.
If they'd put notifications here on the forum, it negates any need to use e-mail for that purpose and in my opinion makes things much smoother. Why should we have to check email to know if someone comments on a thread we are supscribed to. It's really antiquated and I hope the updates address it.

I'm not getting any notifications myself. I even changed my e-mail address preference to have them sent to my new E-mail and I haven't gotten any in a number of months now. I'm so far behind on everything here that I don't know what to do.

I use the "subscribe to thread" button at the top of the page. I will get notifications for every thread I subscribe to but last week, like a month or so ago, I stopped getting the emails. They are helpful so all I need to do is look in my email and check responses to threads I'm interested in. I'll check the forums in the evening when I get home for other possible interesting threads.
The notifications really help if you're hosting/co-hosting a group build.
