So it seems that they have stopped again for me over this past weekend - 030622....

noreply is commonly used when the sender wants a one-way communication.  Noreply is not valid typically and will bounce if you attempt to send a mail/reply to it.  Nothing fishy about that though.

Thanks. That's what I thought but wanted to Make sure that was the address FS used. FYI - I did not get notification of your reply or another thread in Ships - Arleigh Burke class ship just replied to OR my  Coolpiece build thread. 

So notifications are definitely busted for me. And they are not in spam.

So can anyone tell where to look for settings for FSM notifications?  I get the gmail warning above on SOME emails from FSM, but then others dont even show in the inbox.  And then some that are in the isp inbox do or do not get pushed on to me.  But from what i can see it has to do with how they are tagged / coded from FSM and NOT anything to do with my user isp gmail settings....

No e-mail notifications here either.  I think it worked at one time for me, but it was so long ago, I can't remember when that was.

It would help me keep up with GS's and such.

Same here, not going to spam. And I agree about the potential glut of stuck messages. This is a valid concern because the email issues have been an ongoing problem. On a previous stoppage the gates suddenly opened and I received hundreds of emails over the course of a day. And with that stoppage, it was only over several months. Currently, I have not received emails for over three years now. What is stuck behind the wall has to be in the thousands.

Nothing anywhere, spam , inbox, nothing. Same as back in April - I checked all mail folders - nothing. Haven't received notifications since then.....  Also not able to PM you So I hope you see this Or get a notification.

so I went back to the last emails I received notifications on - March, April. I had a big thread and pic and discussion on this. I use gmail for this account And all of a sudden emails were showing as being flagged as spam, but were not going to my spam but going to my inbox. BUT, I was not receiving notifications. Like they are in Google/ Gmail no man's land....  Again, I have gone back to the original source email of the last thread I had been receiving and will try to post it here - try - I am traveling and on an iPad and the keyboard commands I am not familiar with and it act differently to be able to copy and paste a pic, somit may not show. If not I will update when I get home. If one looks in the email source, it seems to me [ but i am not a coder ], thatbthe finescale server is not approved list or is not playing nice with gmail....  Look like finescale is not a permitted sender - ???

Having never heard form anyone, i called this AM the 262 phone number that Christine had given me awhile back and tried to get Kendra Bell.  I followed the voice prompts and entered "Bell" and the system said, "Transferring to Kendra Bell".  

 

I then got Kevin (his cell phone) in Cumberland Md.  He apparently works for Franks Magazine and did not know who kenda is.  I then called back on the 877 no.  and held for C/S.  They gave a 800 no. for Trade Sales and Credit.  However no one ppicked up.  Just a Covid voicemail that we're all working from home.  I then called backk again and tried for Kendra again.

 

Never got her, but i talked to Kevin and he is doing well and still has no idea who Kendra is....

 

Im almost ready to give up

Kalmbach HQ phone number is 262-796-8776. As I have stated in the past, we have more duties than trying to fix the Forum: stories to edit, videos to shoot, a magazine to publish, and much more. The coding for the Forum falls to an outside contractor that has all of the information from the error reporting threads. Beyond factilitating the transfer of information and lending an ear, the editorial team has limited ability to correct errors in the code. And this error seems to affect certain people, and how they're affected seems different. 

I can sympathize with your frustration, because I share it. I want everything to work perfectly, but Kalmbach decides where to focus its resources, and right now, the Forum is not its primary concern--replatforming websites is.

And yes, in most cases, we're in the office three times a week and otherwise working from home. However, calling Kendra would not solve your problems; she would forward you to me.

Yes, that 262 no. is the one i called.  I was directed to call back and leave a message. which i did. One with Trade Sales and Credit Dept., as directed, and one on your line.  Thanks for the follow up.
