so it seems Finescale is having more that just email notificatios issues.... or maybe i have the wrong number? Having never heard form anyone, i called this AM the 262 phone number that Christine had given me awhile back and tried to get Kendra Bell. I followed the voice prompts and entered "Bell" and the system said, "Transferring to Kendra Bell".
I then got Kevin (his cell phone) in Cumberland Md. He apparently works for Franks Magazine and did not know who kenda is. I then called back on the 877 no. and held for C/S. They gave a 800 no. for Trade Sales and Credit. However no one ppicked up. Just a Covid voicemail that we're all working from home. I then called backk again and tried for Kendra again.
Never got her, but i talked to Kevin and he is doing well and still has no idea who Kendra is....

Kalmbach HQ phone number is 262-796-8776. As I have stated in the past, we have more duties than trying to fix the Forum: stories to edit, videos to shoot, a magazine to publish, and much more. The coding for the Forum falls to an outside contractor that has all of the information from the error reporting threads. Beyond factilitating the transfer of information and lending an ear, the editorial team has limited ability to correct errors in the code. And this error seems to affect certain people, and how they're affected seems different.
I can sympathize with your frustration, because I share it. I want everything to work perfectly, but Kalmbach decides where to focus its resources, and right now, the Forum is not its primary concern--replatforming websites is.
And yes, in most cases, we're in the office three times a week and otherwise working from home. However, calling Kendra would not solve your problems; she would forward you to me.
