Nope, that was totally by accident. Still have no clue how to do it. :/ However you did exactly what I was talking about. Just need a bit of help on how to.

Testing.
Hi Cody, i think i managed to figure it out - but looks like you may have already done so too, judging by your signature clause.
Hi Barrett, I am try to make a word into a link. Like some people have a word on their signature that says "MY GALLERY" and if you click on these words it works like a link and takes you to their gallery on Photobucket or whatever. Thanks in advance :)
Cody, what are you trying to do?
I know how to do all that already, but thanks for trying to help. I actually was trying to do something else. LOL
CodyJ that didnt work. guess its time to ask.

Don't know exactly how you tried to do it, but here is what you need to do. First, you need to use the rich format option. Then, you need to select the picture icon. This is the icon that looks like a single frame of old film (not the two frames, that is video).
Now, the easy way to do what follows, if you are using an operating system that allows tabbed windows, is to add a window, so you see both the FSM forum and the Photobucket page. Then, select the image you want for the post, and click on it so it expands to a large image. You should see a little window with four addresses in it somewhere in the page. You want the DIRECT address, usually the second one down. If you click on this, you should see a quick message, copied. The address is now on your clipboard. When you clicked the image icon you should have seen a window open up asking for address/url of the image. Insert your cursor in the little text window and do a paste (CNTRL-V in Windows). Then you can hit the INSERT button. You can finish your message and then hit post. I would recommend, for a start, to add nothing after the image, but to go to post as soon as the little window closes when you click on INSERT and see the image in the message composition window. We can work on continuing the message, and inserting multiple images per message later.
