Great to be part of a great magazine and with all the help here anyone can becme a better modeler.  Have a question  have verlindin figures and they don't seem to be assembleing with CA zap.  Should they be washed first or is there a better cement to assemble them with?  Any help really appreciated

Hi Jim and Sign - Welcome [#welcome]

You might post this query in the Diorama forum.......but I wash everything before painting or gluing!

Dito to nam, whats a worthless sot. But Manstein is a good source. In my numble experience, little pins helped my Tamiya men keep their members at attention.

Sign - Welcome [#welcome] to the forums!  I would first either wash the parts in warm soapy water, or better yet soak them overnight in Westly's Bleche-White (The stuff in the automotive section of some stores for cleaning whitewall tires).  Another idea would be to roughen slightly the parts to be glued so the adhesive has something to grip.  HTH! Thumbs Up [tup]

I don't have an answer to your question, but I know who does, Manstein's Revenge.Smile [:)] He usually hangs out in the Armor, Diorama, or Figure section. Though you should probably start a thread in the Figure section, he's bound to answer it.
