Welcome to the forums John. When you order from HLJ, you usually receive three emails during the process. - When you placed your order, you should have received an order acknowledgement. This merely tells you that they received your order. On this acknowledgement, you are informed that it will take up to the end of the next working day for the order to be entered into their accounting system.
- When the order is processed, you should receive an order confirmation - this is sent when the order is actually entered into their accounting system. If you didn't receive the order confirmation, you should contact them at trouble@hlj.com
- Finally, upon shipping, you should receive a shipping notice.
The last order I placed (about a month ago) took about 12 days to ship to Australia.
