Certainly can. Here's the site for pictures of the original project I mentioned, it's BAC Jet Provost T4 XS186. I'll let the pics tell the story. we are almost ready for fitting the engine, there is just one more part to fit (pitot static vent tube) A 'P' clip to repair/replace and the engine bay to paint and she's ready for it fitting. Since the last pics on there were taken the dayglo paint has been started and there has been more progress on the wings and tip tanks.

Here's another project I'm involved with, It's Meteor T7 WA662 at Aeroventure Doncaster

And this is the start of the Auster project, a slightly damaged fuselage frame.

I can understand the 1/1 builds ya got going on. Restoration sure eats alotta your time, doesn't it?

Cheers Roger, yep. the JP has taken a few years so far and it'll be another couple of years before she's done. Then it will be ongoing maintainence to keep her 'live'. The main headache has been the wiring as most of whats in the cockpit had been chopped through. I'll get pics of my smaller builds on some time soon.

Cheers Rick, it's good to be back. to be honest I have been that busy with the U.A.M.F and 1/1 scale. plus college too and trying to get some builds done too I have not visited any of the other model forums I frequented but seeing as this was the first I visited after going online I thought I'd make a return.

I have been busy foe some time alright, on the bench currently are:-

Matchbox (For the Classic British Kits S.I.G Table at Scalemodelworld at Telford)

A7 Corsair II
P40M Warhawk
2X A4 Skyhawks (just dusting these off as they are old builds)

4X TSR2's, (one Airfix to repair and three Heritage resin ones for refurb/repair - repaint, for TSR2 S.I.G telford table)

Just started kitbashing 2 airfix Spitfire MK1's into a 'what if' loosely based on the Supermarine 224.

Airfix Lancaster becoming a 106sqn aircraft.

OK, you got me hooked. Signed up to the Lend Lease G/B. not sure what with yet but first thoughts are either a P47 from the Revell kit or something supplied to the Russians from the UK. A Hurricane maybe.

Just had a good looksee. intreaguing, you all seem as bonkers as me and I'm glad to see Darren involved there. not spoken to him for ages. for the USN USMC bit, will ye be allowing whatiffery?. I've got a couple of slightly off the wall projects that I could move up the build pile. If not I can allways raid the stash or go get something because I've only bought  kits this year.

Thought I'd better answer here as well as the GB thread, I'll be doing a navalised P38, complete with arestor hook and folding wings, If I can find the second one I have I'll do two, one with everything folded and the other ready to fly.
