Greetings, all.
As you can see by my inception date, I've been around for a while, but havent been back to these forums in a couple of years, so I figured I'd wander back in, reintroduce myself, rummage through your liquor cabinet and see if I can learn anything.
I'm a rather prolific builder, mostly 1/35th armor and figures (and a few helos for air support). LOTS of armor. Probably around a hundred vehicles of one sort or another, from Apaches to Zeldas...and more Shermans than you could shake a stick at (which won't do you much good anyway and is generally frowned upon.)
The last project I actually finished was an Academy AH-60L, which took me all freaking summer to build (Eduard photoetch inside and out, plus 4 crewmen). I used to build 1/72nd aircraft once upon a time, but gave them up when I ran out of room to display them and decided to focus on things with tracks.
I live out in the sticks about 35 miles east of Cleveland (my neighbors are Amish). I enjoy landscape photography, hiking and Jeeping the boondocks of Utah, and genuflecting in front of Glamorous Glynnis at the NASM.
