Thank you very much, that is the ULTIMATE compliment to me!  Inspiring others to build or try something new is as good as it gets for me.  I am so happy to hear I was able to do that for you!

I think your cockpit looks very good indeed, with a very high level of detail.  Your painting skills are first rate, and it looks like you really know what you are doing.  As far as the seatbelts on mine, I used these available from Squadron:

FW-190A-F seats

I also added the throttle details from styrene rod and wire, forgot I had done that actually.  When I look at the cockpit now, I realize that the throttle detail is redundant as the throttle itself is molded onto the left fuselage side (the little nub is the throttle lever). Blush [:I]

Please post your WIP over in aircraft for all to see, it is really good work. Approve [^]

You are actually driving me to make this kit.  I look at the cockpit of your model and wonder if it's even the same because yours looks so much better, lol.  :/   For instance, my kit didn't come with seatbelts, the handle on the left panel or detail on the contol stick. Also on the left panel I notice the white nob recessed into it....on my kit it's just there.

Here's what I have so far:

...looks sloppy compared to yours, Daywalker.

I just wanted to say hello and thanks for all the good reading and tips. You all have some talent.

I have a few Paasche VL airbrushes to my name and a Tamiya FW 190 a-3 I recieved as a Christmas gift from my brother.  This will be the first time in 16 years I've tried to make a model.

I'm looking forward to showing my stuff here!
