I think your cockpit looks very good indeed, with a very high level of detail. Your painting skills are first rate, and it looks like you really know what you are doing. As far as the seatbelts on mine, I used these available from Squadron:
FW-190A-F seats
I also added the throttle details from styrene rod and wire, forgot I had done that actually. When I look at the cockpit now, I realize that the throttle detail is redundant as the throttle itself is molded onto the left fuselage side (the little nub is the throttle lever).
