Hello all. I've just recently taken up "plastic punching" and I'm loving it. While my models are not up to contest standard yet, I'm getting there. I model aircraft exclusively, specifically WW2 'planes.
I have a couple of questions that I hope some of you veterans can answer for me.
Firstly, every article in FSM mentions "Future" floor polish - what is the Australian equivilent of this product? It sounds useful, but no retail clerk "down under" has heard of it.
Also, why are kits limited to four scales (counting 1:24 scale which I've never actually seen)? I would have thought that the hobby would be crying out for a (say) 1:60 scale.
Finally, I've just commenced my latest project - a 1:72 scale Dornier DO 17 E/F by Airfix. Any tips? Any traps I should anticipate?
It'a great to be on board.
Happy Modeling.
