hi from beaufort south carolina

Hello,....some back info>> im 34 and in a va program in charleston sc and was told to pick a model kit from the dayroom, i picked one ( apache heli) and set it on the table at the house for the next few weeks.Well boredom sets in oneday so i pick up the kit and......complete and udder obsession to my wifes dismay....6 months later i have a peacemaker, a abrams, a hummer tow launcher and a scud b launcher, now i have a harley in the works( the chrome is driving me batty) and waiting is a ac 47 gunship and a visible b17 and im kicking myself for throwing together the kits that ive done already compared to most of the models....well all of the models on here mine are completely amature, no weathering ect....the saddest one is the peacemaker ( that is one big plane by the way) now that i have discovered airbrushing. Ah well, maybe i can refurb them oneday.Now i have to find a different corner of the house to work in than the dining room table! Many thanks to the VA in charleston for providing me with a few of the models(anybody actually have a prescription for models....well ido! )yeah, i can feel the jealosy from here! lol Any vets out there check with your va dayroom they should have model kits for you and sometimes they have some pretty good ones a couple that i have mentioned i have got from the va.
