As usual, I showed up late for the family picnic, but I'm glad I made it here anyway.
I'm 50, live on the Central Coast of CA, have a gorgeous tolerant wife, am an artist and have been modeling again after a long break. I remember as a kid how much I enjoyed it and after browsing through a local drugstore, picked up a model on a whim, and that was all she wrote. 200 aircraft later, I'm moving into armor, scratch-building, dioramas. I'm about to submit my first project in 30 yrs. to FSM. They're 2 scratch-built motorized Soviet sleds...wish me luck.
Speaking of FSM I'd like to thank all the great modelers who've inspired me with their awesome talent and knowlege. I was really stoked to see some of my favorites on-line here. Later.
