Hi from the UK

Hi folks

I'm Rob, mid-40s, based in Bedford, UK. Started modelling through my dad with Airfix kits as a kid, then got on to Tamiya stuff, got a job, married, etc and left it all behind until a couple of years back! Primary interest is WW2 armour, but the collection also includes a couple of ships, a few planes, plenty of figures and I even recently started having a go at sculpting.

Will post some pics in the near future, it's always good to get constructive criticism!

Having been getting FSM from the newstand for a while now, so finally decided to take the plunge and subscribe! One thing that decided me was the laughs I got from  this months editorial (Oct 2009) about smuggling things in past the wife Big Smile [:D] . I recommend that if you don't already have one you buy yourself a shed.......

My day job is as a musician and I also teach martial arts (the two do sometimes coincide...) and I look forward to  getting some good tips and advice!

cheers

Rob
