                        Hi all, been lurking around for a week or two so I figured I'd be friendly and say hello. Smile [:)] I've recently gotten back into modeling again after about ten years, but it was a big part of my childhood. I'm finding that it's really nice to relax for an hour or two with a model after a day of work and playing with my 16 month-old daughter. I'm really into WWII planes and muscle cars, but I'd like to branch out into jet fighters and armor at some point as well.The number of manufacturers that I've never heard of before or know little about is a little overwhelming to me, so if anyone can recommend kits that are relatively good quality for a decent price I'd appreciate the input.

                        Welcome to the forums! I look forward to seeing some of your work! and for kits, Tamiya makes good 1/48 scale planes, and Dragon and Tamiya make nice 1/35 armor, Dragon does good 1/72 armor too!
