Thanks for the hello guy's, this is the first time I have used a forum so I'am not sure which button to click to respond to post's but I will nut it out.  As far as what I like to build I have no set path or scale or brand. Although I do like to build WW1 an WW2 subjects I like kit's that are a little different as in the Sack AS 6 by Special Hobby in 1/48 or the Dornier 335B-6 Arrow by Dragon Golden Wings Series in 1/72. and lesser known planes like the Polikarpov I-16 Type 18 ( well to me they are not run of mill ).  Provided they catch your eye an make you look I like to build it.

Welcome to the forums Smurf.

Another Aussie huh? Big Smile So what do you like to build?

Actually, by local standards,Frontline is pretty resonable, and they have a decent range of stuff. Even just in the last 5 years, Dragon's armour proces have gone up about 50% Sad

Don't sweat on your abilities, there's a wide range of members here, from absolute beginners al the way up to Masters. Most importantly, as long as you enjoy what you're doing, that's all that matters. Smile

Hi to all the modelers of the world.

After lurking around this site for a little while thought I might sign up an say hi. Have decided to take up modeling again after a prolonged break (10 yrs ). Got a nasty shock when I walked into the local hobby shop, the largest in Australia apparently, things have changed including  the price of em. As I am a total novice I hope to learn enough to build as good as you guys here.

P.S: This is the first forum I have joined so forgive me if my typing skills are off,my fingers were trained for other uses.
