Hello from Norway
Posted by Phoenix40k1 on Thursday, March 11, 2010 2:57 PM

Hello everyone. I'm very new to modeling. A real life friend of mine (Huxy) got me interested in it and it's time for me to start taking it seriously instead of just talking about it. He adviced me to join this forum in order to get good tips on how to become a good model builder. I'm looking forward to learn more about it. My main interest lies in Warhammer 40.000 however I will try to build and paint many other models aswell.

At the moment I'm building a 1/100 ME 262 by Tamiya allthough the prosses is slow right now. I'm allso working on putting together a Space Marine army for Warhammer 40.000.

I'm looking forward to my time here and to learn alot about building models.

Welcome to the Forums Elner. I'm usually an aircraft builder, but I'm sure you'll some Warhammer folks in the science-fiction section. And regardless of what you're working on, I'm sure you'll find all sorts of info on painting & finishing from the crowd that hangs around here. Make yourself at home,.

A warm welcome to you Phoenix40k1.

I look forward to the day your space marines gain a bridgehead on the Norwegian fjords.

Welcome to the forum.  Don't let Huxy lead you into the Dark World (Armor)!  Hope to see your work...

Welcome Sign to the forums, Phoenix40k1!!! Hope to see you around!

Hmmm.....so I see Huxy has been drafting modelers over in Norway. Now he just has to get you over to the darkside(aka armor.)
