Hello mates,  I'm the newest newby of the new, new ones!

I have been building since about '62 and I'm missing the brain cells to prove it!  Back in the day there was nothing said about glue, fumes, bench time and ventilation.  We built til we dropped!

Since it's 'Mother's Day' today, let me thank my dear old Mum (Rest her soul!) who, after I flew the nest, wrapped each of my AMT cars in tissue paper and gently placed them into the slots of old wine boxes for eternal preservation.  Each of those cars (some twenty of them) survive to this day thank to the loving kindness of my mother.  Thanks Mom, Happy Mother's Day, dear.

My avatar is my RevellB-17F "Memphis Belle" 1:48 which I bought new in 1978.  It has hit the floor more than a few time since then and is held together with string, wire and chewing gum.  But the electric motors in the engine nacelles still spin those props (when the batteries aren't dead!).  Talk about years of enjoyment!

I am currently working on re-building a 1969 Revell Harley-Davidson Police Bike 1:8 scale.  It too is in pieces and baggies and I have no instruction sheet.  If any of you fine modelers have the instructions or know a good place to find them, please let me know.

I am trying now to attach a .jpg of my  Minicraft Models,  #1607 Hughes 'Spruce Goose', painted (tongue in cheek!) as a Hughes Airwest airliner.  I worked for Hughes Airwest (RW) back then and this was quite a converstaion piece amongst my airline friends.  Let's see if we can get on screen now;

 Success!  Alright, the game is afoot!...let's chat, shall we!?
