I am with the unit that does the underslung loads. So next time you see a merlin with a 105 gun slung underneath, take cover. It might just have been me that rigged and hooked it.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Hi Bish,

Thanks for the welcome. We've been quite lucky with the snow here really with just a dusting.

I work near Benson and often see your Merlins flying overhead at the prison at the top of the hill.

Welcome to the mad house Red, afraid not many ladies hang out around here.

I am based at RAF Odiham, just down the road from you. Pass through Reading alot on the way to Benson. I am in Suffolk at moment and we do have some snow, but dont looks as bad as you have there, so i have that to look forward to when i head back.

Redleader-Glad to be of help.

Just a thought-you may want to post over in the Aircraft forum-your request may get lost over here.

And please keep us posted on your build progress.

Cheers

Bob

redleader,

Looks like the fellas hooked you up with the instructions.

fermis could build that Mustang blind folded, in a few days and still win at the local model contest! (he builds a lot of Mustangs)

Snow squalls in GB? Geese its beautiful in Nova Scotia across the big pond, everyone is complaining about the cold yet I find it nice.

Hi to Bobbaiy and all the other Guy's who responded, sadly no Ladies.

The information you gave me was spot on, all the part numbers correspond and I'm getting another

decal set, with perhaps some sexy nose art ( any suggestions welcome ) so the decal placement page didn't matter.

You Guy's are great...

This isn't the exact model but the instructions should be close.

Just scroll down and click on the instruction to enlarge each page.

Hope this helps.

Hello Red,, welcome to the forums

Did you try to contact Hasegawa? You might also want to post on the forums aircraft section and ask if someone can scan / send or fax you a duplicate.

Good luck with it.......

Enjoy the ride!

Welcome to the Forums Welcome Sign.  Sorry I can't help with the instructions, but I'm sure others will chime in.  You may get a better response if you repost on the Aircraft Forum.

Regards,  Rick

Hasegawa P-51D Mustang
Posted by redleader on Monday, November 29, 2010 7:48 AM

Hi,

This is my first message on the Forum so please be gentle with me.

I have inherited a very old Hasegawa P-51D Mustang kit 1/32 scale, series 10 Kit No. JS-086. The problem is there are no instructions !.

Although it looks a pretty straight forward kit I would be happier to have the instructions just in case. I have looked everywhere with no luck, I had even thought of buying the 1/72 scale version but would the instruction be similar ?.

I hope maybe someone can help.
