Whatever you do dont sell the stash any more. Modelling is almost as bad as the curse of being an auto tech. I was raised with the blessing/ curse of being an auto tech and I'm all but trapped there. The difference with modelling is I like doing that. It is relaxing as you put it. Now do what you do best and build buddy. Glad youre back and you are in the right place. Look forward to seeing some pics out of you, Joe

Returning to the hobby

Hey guys, Yes I have been a member here since 2011 but took a leave from the hobby after building for almost twenty years. Sold all my kits and supplies thinking I'd never be interested in building again big mistake I know! But over the past month or so the urge to build again has been growing.

Did a little digging around this morning and found a Monogram F-14 that I forgot I had. Took a seat and started working on it with what little supplies I had. To say the least it was really relaxing and brought back so many memories of happily modeling for hours on end. Realized I needed a lot of supplies did some searching online and found out a Hobby Town was no more then ten minutes away from me. Walked out of the door with a Revell Fulcrum, Phantom and Fokker E. III paint and an issue of FSM plus a lighter wallet. Needless to say I'm hear to stay and ready to do some building!
